The Langley Advance Times and Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows News is currently hiring for a part-time Circulation Coordinator. This person will be the first point of contact for newspaper carriers and contract workers. They will be responsible for training and maintaining the newspaper’s carrier force, serving as their main liaison.
This is a blended position working in-office and field work.
The successful candidate must possess good computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Maps.
This person must have:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- The ability to multi-task and work independently
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
A Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check is also mandatory.
