Vernon Press is a leading offset printing plant dedicated to delivering high-quality printed materials to our clients. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Flyperson to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift papers from stacker to skids
- Perform routine maintenance alongside the pressman
- Work closely with the printing team to ensure seamless workflow and timely production schedules
- Keep the general press area clean and tidy
- Learn how to operate a forklift and use when needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have Steel Toed Boots
- Willing to work a flexible work week
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
