We are looking to fill a full-time position within our Okanagan hub based out of our Kelowna division working with several of Black Press Community News Media divisions across the province of British Columbia. Your days would be filled with creative work for projects that include working with external clients as well as working with our internal team for Ad Controlling and administration work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative work for weekly flyers
  • Layout & design of special sections & features
  • Work with the sales team to process ad copy and manage the proofing process for clients
  • Create layouts for publications and process the pages through to press

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint in a Mac environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at one time for our print and digital products
